Under the prevailing circumstances the trained Ex Serviceman are not available for employment in the private security companies as guard in the required number, resultantly the companies are forced to employ the untrained civilian manpower as guards. As these individuals are neither trained in weapons handling and their intelligent use, nor have the required motivation and discipline to perform their duties as security guards efficiently, therefore neither the customer is very happy with their performance nor do they come up to the standards demanded by various Government Agencies. Due to these reason the APSAA Training School exists, to provide our member companies a top-notch training for their guards/personnel.  The school's Principle is the highly experienced Col. Tauqir-Ul-Islam.
