Police Verification

APSAA has established a Private Security Companies Police Verification Cell for the purpose of detailed verification of guards of member companies. The Police Verification of a guard is carried out in his local as well as domestic area of residence. After this verification you can rest assured your guards are clean and not involved in any criminal activities and are now eligible to be deployed in sensitive areas such as banks, financial institutes, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING POLICE VERIFICATION FORMS

The following data is required for the Police Verification on 'per guard' basis:

  • Three copies of correctly filled out Police Verification Form, which is obtained from APSAA. (The form is in Urdu so that it is better understood by the Police)
  • Five Original Passport size photographs

    • Once the Police Verification Forms are complete according to the above requirements, prepare a list of guards along with their details in a tabulation format (given below), For example if you are sending Police Verification of three guards, it looks like this:

    Once the above list is complete , send this list and police verification forms to APSAA with the company covering letter. You are also required to send the above guards list (only list) via email to APSAA (info@apsaa.com.pk / apsaa.khi@gmail.com) or via USB to APSAA ot in a CD format to APSAA.

    The Charges of Police Verification is Rs. 300/- per guard and we only accept crossed cheque in favour of APSAA.
