Requirements for
APSAA Membership:
The companies which
have been issued NOC from Provisional / Federal Government to
operate as a security agency and are registered as Private Limited
companies with Securities Exchange Commission of Pakistan are
qualified for the membership.
Following is the
list of required documents/information to apply for membership of
All Pakistan Security Agencies Association:
Application for Membership to Chairman-APSAA on your company's
letterhead.
Brief introductory profile of the company.
Copies of operating licenses issued by the Federal/Provincial
Governments.
Copy of Certificate of Incorporation attested by SECP.
Copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association of the company.
Copy of Form 29 attested by SECP.
Copy of NTN Certificate.
Copy of EOBI & Social Security registration.
Crossed cheque amounting to Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only (Rs.
25,000/=) in favor of All Pakistan Security Agencies Association
towards:

Membership Fee: Rs. 15,000/=
Annual Contribution: Rs. 10,000/=
